In order for the service to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that the service were purchased and started in the last 30 days.
Refunds will only be processed for projects or services started that have not met your expectations and needs.

We will reimburse you no later than 7 days from the cancellation email day. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, Some payment processor merchant fees may apply.
